For 8 years, haters called Bush an idiot, called him 'chimp' and passed photos of him with a chimp face. For 8 years, we listened to people insult and demean a sitting potus. For 200+ years people have insulted the sitting potus with name calling and such. Why is it that now when someone characterizes or citicizes the current potus, it's racist? Sorry LP friends. I'll stop. But this kind of crap drives me crazy. It's this kind of crap that is bringing our beautiful and wonderful country down. And I can't stand it. Here's to the PB rolling to $400k, with multiple winners from multiple demos. I bet SOME people will still B&M about it. Well Pia,
I hear ya on the 400K rollover !!!!... Let the $$ begin............Heres to anyone or all of winning/sharing a jackpot Jackpots...Just Average Citizens Keeping Possibilities Open Towards Security

When will someone in Texas win the PB? It's a conspiracy. It has to be. No other reason can come close. It's all these dang Mexicans we have here, so many that whites are no longer a majority. If we can get rid of the Mexicans, maybe Texas can have a chance to win the racist, pro-white people PB jackpot. It's just not fair, I tell ya. Roll PB, roll... come home to Texas for a record payout... Clear eyes, full hearts, Texas forever! ~_~ PROUD MEMBER OF THE 85% (what's left of the 99% after you take out the lefties and the OW anarchists)

Winning that kind of money can and probably will bring on such a change in a person's life. I would be perfectly happy to win MM or Texas Lotto right now, plenty to retire on and enjoy the last 20 or so years I have on the earth, and leave some to the kids. CAN'T WIN IF YOU'RE NOT IN A DOLLAR AND A DREAM (OR $2)

At lease you got half your wish and didn't have to adjust your life style to that of a multi-millionaire with $336M. Why not only play lotteries with jackpots the size you would feel comfortable winning? * that which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *

I thought I'd pass on a little more information about the "demographics" of Newport. It's huge Obama country, loaded with liberal democrats. Little "Rhody" is a bluer than blue state. It's part of the northeast liberal-democrat block of states with New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont. Patrick Kennedy, son of the late U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy (brother of President John F. Kennedy) is the sitting Congressman in The U.S. House of Reprsentatives for The First Congressional District of Rhode Island. I dont know the names of either U.S. Senator from RI, but they're both democrats. The Republican Party hasnt fared well in Rhode Island elections in decades. And to think I thought all those rich white folks were Republicans! But I digress because this is a lottery website. We'll soon see who won. Not everybody living in Newport is wealthy. Just because Newport is a playground of the rich doesnt mean some already rich guy won the jackpot. We can only hope that someone who truly needs it has won, not someone who is already filthy rich!! No matter who won, they should share their wealth with the needy, not hoard it for themselves. Circulate, circulate, circulate!!

Circulate, circulate, circulate!! They're going to "share" about half of it between federal, state, and possibly county, and even city income taxes -- and don't forget FICA. I still remember the first time I had to file four tax returns. In neo-conned Amerika, bank robs you. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a govnoment agency.

Why not only play lotteries with jackpots the size you would feel comfortable winning? I play them all. MM, PB, Texas Lotto, and Texas 2 Step. Even the little Cash 5, and Daily 4. I just usually limit my play to a buck a draw (except of course, PB). CAN'T WIN IF YOU'RE NOT IN A DOLLAR AND A DREAM (OR $2)

They were oh so close. Some 110 employees at Elmont Memorial High School will share a $1 million Powerball prize from Saturday's $336 million drawing -- winning about $4,000 each. One winner, teacher John Squillace, 33, of Astoria, Queens, said Tuesday he was one of 110 people who won the prize in Saturday's Powerball drawing. The winning ticket for the $336 million Powerball jackpot. Thats a hell of a pool. Blows ours away.
