Four modest homes would certainly be a wise and useful choice instead of opting for one gigantic custom creation which may have rooms you may never see or use.

Hi Jill, thanks for calling my choices wise. I only need one home however. Gigantic would make me nervous. I live in tiny quarters so anything larger than where I live now would be great. Here's my dream kitchen. I love the color scheme:
Modest but do you like it?

Nice houses, but much to large for my wife and I.A two bedroom ranch is more our style. When I was a boy I was told that anybody could become President; I'm beginning to believe it. ~Clarence Darrow There ought to be one day - just one - when there is open season on senators. ~Will Rogers

Yeah, one of those houses would have been nice when my kids were still living at home. But with me & the wife,we just don't need or want that kind of room.I'm thinking along the lines of a one story home more in line with our middle class background.I don't need to impress anyone with my wealth.I would like to have a couple of acres with the house on it,though.I hate close neighbors.Good luck tonight,to you too.
