Not sure what the market is like for two bedroom single family homes but I am sure there are numerous 2 bedroom condos(over looking the ocean) that would take care of all your needs.  Except for the close neighbors. Besides,a condo is just a fancy name for expensive apartment house.I'll probably just purchase a couple of acres of beautiful Iowa real estate overlooking the Mississippi River and build a nice comfortable two bedroom ranch home.
