Sorry DC81. Suing is one of Canada's favorite past times. Which is it, mcginnin56, America's or Americans ... OR Canada's or Canadians? Having millions of dollars in my financial accounts means more, consistent fun for me.

is that done with cattle prods and leg irons? Preferably with anchors weights, holding them all pinned down at the bottom of the deepest ocean (Pacific), while all chained to each other.

"Ganguin signed a waiver for the B.C. Lottery Corporation in which she accepted that the winning ticket was not purchased through their business." It looks like Ganguin changed her mind and wants to show a jury her 6.3 million reasons why. "In the absence of such evidence, said Armstrong, the plaintiff's only hope is for a trial judge to disbelieve the defendant's evidence after hearing cross-examination of both parties." The only evidence Fehr needs is the signed waiver by Ganguin and that can be presented without Fehr testifying unless the rules of law are different in Canada. Basically Armstrong is saying Ganguin's entire case, if there is one, is based on Fehr presenting evidence against herself.

LOL, Someone always has to pee in the pool, ...no more pools people. Apparently 1 in 5 adults admit to it, which makes me wonder how many people do and don't admit to it.
I haven't swam in a public pool for years and won't be any time soon. You can't predict random.
