Mega Millions and Powerball starting jackpots should be $100M with odds of 1 in 175M.
Using similar logic, 5/39 games with odds of 1/575K would have starting jackpots of $275K and 6/49 games with odds of 1/14M would start at $6.5M and that's never going to happen. You can chose to wait until the jackpot is the size you want or never play, after all lotteries aren't for everybody.
