He turned it in really fast. Wonnder Why he didn't wait to see if he could claim anonymously or at least avoid press conference. I'm not sure if you can do either one of those in Georgia. I've never seen this asked, can,would you go to another state so claim anonymous? | | |

You would think since its national you could do that but the states use it as a advertising advantage and want their taxes.  and make your last check bounce.

There is surveillance footage of a man from Maryland who supposedly has one of the two winning PB tickets. He will have to go to AZ where he would have bought the ticket to claim his prize. The reason most people do the press conference is lottery employees really push the idea because it's great for their lottery sales and they get free press coverage. Also, most people don't know their rights. Depending on where the ticket was bought, it might be your right to say no to the press conference. | | |
