You give a teenager money like that and with limited things to do in a small town and likely little interest in school and no adult monitoring, you are asking for trouble, I agree 100% Artist. I'm sure Jack would do everything differently if he could. Sadly, there are no second chances though. "If you can DREAM it, you can DO it!"- Walt Disney

People only do things differently after they discover the error of their ways. I dont see how charging for interviews and calling himself a "whore" for the press shows any type of remorse whatsoever.........

The way I remember the full story, Brandi WAS given a least $1000. per week for her and her "friends" But she wasn't given that kinda of cash before Jack won. He won the PB and he just went haywire. This was a man who was already rich and over 50! No one's life is perfect, but this was a man who was living a pretty sweet blessed life before the win. He's wins more millions and his ego just gets out of control and he loses all the common sense he had before the win. The reason why I think Jack's story is so famous, more than others, is because his story is unique and it's hard to wrap your head around it.

I'm sure being the worlds biggest dumb ass was not how Jack expected things to turn out after giving away so much money to so many different people. Just goes to show that you cant buy acceptance and respect.

A rich man over 50 years old who lost all his common sense when he won the lottery. Jack's a joke. He's famous for all the wrong reasons. Brandi would've been 25 years old, but that won't ever happen. Jesse Tribble would've been 26.

Do people actually think that Jack only lost his common sense AFTER he won the lottery?? Money earned is treated a lot differently by people than money won. Sure he had underlying issues but after his win the guy pretty much went out of control when he thought it allowed him to do whatever he wanted. Jack is an excellent example of not letting a big win like that go to your head. But yes, if that was money he actually made from his businesses things would have likely been very different. You can't predict random.
