I hope they can still get some samples as I heard he wasn't embalmed.

Some states require embalming... something the morticians got passed into law in some states. 

So, you'd need to check each state for its laws. 

Call any mortuary.  They can tell you.

I would hate to Know what happens to the people that Digs that Grave up.Eek
