The winning ticket was bought in the city of Summerfield in Marion County, officials said.
A total of 158 tickets matched five numbers to win $3,260; 7,890 tickets matched four numbers for $53; and 137,222 tickets matched three numbers for $4.
The winning Florida Lotto numbers selected Saturday: 6-10-19-27-34-47.
One winner of the "Fantasy 5'' game will collect $245,498.92.
The winning ticket was bought in the city of Clearwater, lottery officials reported.
The 229 tickets matching 4-of-5 numbers will collect $172.50 each.
Another 7,834 tickets matching 3-of-5 won $14, and 91,699 tickets won a Quick Pick ticket for picking 2-of-5.
The numbers drawn Saturday night were 1-22-24-30-35.
