tx mega player:

Lets put this in reverse.

Greed can go both ways.the one who claimed the ticket can be greedy/found it maybe and kept it  greed.

the one who lost it can be greedy, and want to get it back.

both  can be greedy.

best regards

luckycat - lots of snow on ground. ticket that was turned in did not show any sign of having been wet. there is only one greedy person in this scenario.

love to nibble those micey feet.

Luckycat, the world is full of people who will grab the slightest chance to get a few thousand dollars, let alone $160 million. They will lie, deny, cry and do whatever it takes, including stabbing their mother, for the payday they want, and they are good at doing whatever it takes. If the lottery gave such people  a full investigation to "prove" their bizarro claims, I guarantee that every lottery in the country would grind to a halt as they investigated the claims of thousands of whackjobs a week. That's why they have a simple rule: if you possess the winning ticket, you are the winner.  It really does cut down on these schemes.  If you lose your ticket, tough luck, but that's how it goes.

SOUNDS like a great movie: maybe the sopranos.

time will tell. but I always believe not guilty/ till proven without a doubt.

I am sure the truth will come out, but untill then it second guess/ but must be proven.

by the way  the ticket maybe did not stay in the snow/ maybe the wind blew it in a dry corner???

and if so the ticket was blured on my tv. and there are ways of  doctoring paper discolorations.

have u ever tried to save picture?

I again  will wait truth to be decided. but do say its all possible.

I think it is sad that Ms. Dickson or is it Ms. Battle or is it Ms. Dickson can not make a decision on who she wants to be in life.  She has a criminal past which reflects badly on her because she is trying to pursue legal action against the real winner.  Who has proved that she is the winner with ticket reciepts that include a winning ticket and previous losing tickets with the same numbers played.  Give up Ms. whoever you are ?  Filing a false police report is a crime just as the scam she is trying to commit on the real winner and the Ohio Lottery.  I guess the allure of all that money did her in!
