Lottery Post Site News

Lottery Post, a leading Internet Web site focused on the lottery industry, increased its offerings today with the addition of a section dedicated to future lottery predictions.

Using the new Predictions page, Lottery Post members can input numbers that they predict will be drawn in upcoming lottery drawings.  Lottery players enjoy predicting upcoming numbers for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Testing pattern theories
  • As a contest with other players
  • Simulating lottery play
  • Determining if government drawings are less than random
  • Just for fun

In order to post predictions, players must be registered Lottery Post members.  Membership is free, and only requires a valid e-mail address.

Both members and non-members may view all predictions posted at Lottery Post.  There are two main methods of viewing predictions:

  • By State -- view all predictions posted by Lottery Post members for a particular state
  • By Member -- view all predictions posted by a particular member, organized by state

When viewing predictions by either method, there are additional display options.  For example, when viewing predictions for a particular member, a filter can be selected to show only Pick 3 game predictions posted by that member.  Also, the date can be changed to show either past or future lottery drawing predictions.

The Predictions Home page (which is navigated to by clicking Predictions on either the left- or top-navigation bar) displays a variety of facts about predictions that have been posted, including:

  • The fifteen latest Lottery Post members who have posted predictions
  • All the members who have posted predictions for today
  • Several numeric statistics

Members may post predictions for games up to seven drawings in advance.

Predictions may be posted up to one hour prior to the drawing time.  For every state, each game's draw time and time zone is tracked in order to ensure that members cannot post predictions after the drawing takes place.

Currently, members may post up to ten predictions per game, per drawing.  In the future, Lottery Post will allow members to increase the number of predictions that they can post per game.

Another feature that will be added in the future is tracking of predictions to the actual lottery drawing results.  After every drawing of each game, Lottery Post will automatically calculate all of the winning combinations that were predicted, and will present statistics of the predictors' performance.

No release date has been set for the new features.

Todd, will this include a separate breakdown of straight and boxed wins?

Great new addition to Lottery Post! Thank you.

Todd, I appreciate all the hard work you have done to improve the site . I must however ask if you would allow those that post for an entire week such as Dave Libra to continue with their format. Dave had a very easy to read  and  productive chart  for several states. Limiting him to 10 draws a day or 10 per post would be undermining his system.

Thanks for Listening.

CA,

I understand your request, and the best I can say is that there will be a way to post more than 10 picks in the future.  In the meantime, Dave can continue posting on the forum anything that doesn't work in the Predictions pages.  Thanks for the feedback.

This is a great feature. But I shouldn't post at 2AM! I wound up reposting Sunday evening's result (220!) instead of what I meant: 990 (909, 099). My fault.
