Four4me:

"Lifetime" prizes should be restricted to scratch games. There is no excuse for a "fixed" annuity to not have a cash option.

    some win for life instant games have an ending point though.  other games only have a guarenteed winning,

      I've heard of "lifetime" games that stop paying after X years regardless of whether the winner dies.

        Well, granted, they are only GUARANTEED to a certain amount. Like PA Lucky for Life is guaranteed for a million, which means, dead or alive, they CAN stop paying you after the million dollar mark
