The man said he  had kept losing tickets for tax purpose reasons.  Had he not been trying to be nice to the clerk he would have taken the ticket home with him. Strange she did not cash the ticket her husband did. Why was that ?? I think she knew it was a winning ticket AND she is the greedy one. Money does not buy peace of mind .

May luck smile on your picks        Ganyo

hmmm. who knows the truth..she worked there..and maybee instead of scatching them..the man ask her, to just scan them to see if they are a winner..he was a reg customer..buying 100's of tickets almost everyday.....As far as her husband claiming it..I think she done that because she work at the place...I think the offer was good..the man should have taken it..he will not win..

moral of story:scratch off tickets carefully..recheck before trashing them.

I didn't catch that bit. But when was the last time old Ray went through his bags and bags of losers to see if he mistakenly tossed a winner in there?  Would he have this time?

Of course she's greedy. I'm greedy.  I'd rather not work. I'd like to be on vacation with my wife and daughter. Most people are greedy, especially when a large sum of money falls on their lap. Does someone really deserve $4 million more than I do just because they bought a lottery ticket?  I don't think so, if just buying a lottery ticket makes you worthy then I'm worthy, having bought many lottery tickets in my life.  I can always tell myself I only had to shaft one person to get my little pile of cash, unlike, say Bill Gates or WalMart who shafted thousands to get theirs.
