I think these guys are really looking to sell tickets to foriegn lotteries... I think they are really www.lotteryshop.com and www.osalotteries.com an international lottery sales scam run out of the Philipines by James Thornton (in Hong Kong) and Darrell Tuck (in the Phillipines). Overseas Subscriber Agents or OSA runs the above mentioned website and probably more... beware of these guys these two partners are the "parters" in the famous saying "a fool and his money are soon parted"
