GoldenEgg .... thank you for reading, thank you for your comments!! Really happy you enjoyed the video ... had not heard the song in years myself until digging it out today. Disco was feel-good music from an era when music was fun ..... the crazier the better!!

Wow! What a trip down memory lane! I was lucky to see them at a club over in New York (Manhattan) perform that song. I even bought 3 of their T-s that was red with "I'm A Rapper" written in dark blue cap letters. But, my fondest memories are - being at disco, no matter which one, as there were so many to choose from back then anyway - when that song came on, people would lose their MINDSSSSSS!!!!!!! A trip in Wayback-Machine .... the only rap song I ever liked.

The last third is the funny part, the chicken that tastes like wood.

PS ... some fairly graphic lyrics but nothing to compare to today.
