I agree.

I don't play to win the jackpot specifically.

I play to win some money and have fun.

That is why I am interested in best betting stratergy, best number selection method etc.

I can play for 30 years without winning the jackpot and still come out in good shape.

You have to be realist. The odds are too high.

Picking the correct thing out of 140 million plus things is hard.

You can only be creative about it and that's the fun.

Perhaps it would help to know that your LottoPro betslip definition files are actually coded in such a manner as to represent the entire image of your particular playslip.Imagine that you have taken a picture of one of your playslips and you have the photograph negative in your hand(actually it's in the printer memory) and you are trying to align the negative over the actual playslip so that all the little boxes and lines match exactly to the playslip boxes and lines.You do this very same thing

If you look up the New Jersey state law on lotteries, the Lottery Director is forbidden from giving financial advise. Texas has the same clause.

Google Estate Lawyer for your state. Find one who is a Fellow and store that name. If you win a jackpot, you WILL be too excited to think of their name.

Remember, you do not have a penny of a lottery jackpot, and never will have a penny of the lottery jackpot until you turn the valid ticket into the lottery office.

It matter not one iota what the lotteries will or won't allow. They have zero influence on taxes. Z-E-R-O! The lottery only passes out the money, they don't tax it. You do the paperwork up front and uncle doesn't care either. Just so it is legal (in the eyes of the government) and they get every thing that is owed them. Every thing is the key phrase. If there is a pre-dated document itemizing who gets what (percentage or actuals) the tax man will be happy to tell you what he wants from you.

There was a story yesterday that the government, in its never ending brilliance, screwed up and was sending the money to the wrong accounts, whether that is actually their fault or the fault of the people who messed up their account info, I'm not sure. But I'd bet more on it being a government screw up.

States have a fixed limit on payouts for every lottery game. In their number games, when the amounts wagered on a certain combination would cause the payouts to exceed that limit if it was drawn, they stop accepting wagers on that combination. Even states that are not pari-mutuel will go that way on their other games (pick5 and jackpot) if payouts would exceed a certain limit.

I play pretty much all the games here. I focus on the jackpot games, and I'll switch back and forth between Daily 4 and Pick 3.

On Cash 5, I generally play the most freq numbers by position (I keep an excell file on each game to chart the playing position of each number). Like any strategy, it's hit and miss (mostly miss,LOL).

Lately, I have been playing QP's on Cash 5 just to change up some.

On midday P3, the numbers 3, 5, 8, and 0 play together often. 179 has played

Well, five EP I bought two days ago in another town about 15 miles away and two (with three self picked) I bought today. Last row on each shares two numbers with the third on the second ticket being one off on the first ticket. Then of course there's several plays with same numbers but nothing like the last time.

It's not that easy. When people take an annuity they sometimes wind up selling it a lump sum to a company that buys annuities. When they do that though, they get pennies on the dollar.

My definition of Primary numbers are not in the mathematical sense . It's a term I use when I talk about my strategy. It basically means the main numbers . Subset means second set of main numbers . That what I mean by those terms. Hope this clarifies things.

I understand you completely ArtVAndalay. Some people here and elsewhere don't understand that a system or strategy always needs refinements. Because number trend change this is a given. I wish I was good at math and excel but the fact is I'm not so my strategy is probably more simple than yours but at least we want to share with others. The lotteries always make a very big profit, repeating numbers or not they are going keep on making their big profits.

Now, if repeating numbers were predictable enough, or if they would happen so often that they would become predictable enough, that might be a problem to the state lotteries, not a big problem, but a problem any way.

No, I've stopped believing in lucky feelings . Too often that lucky feeling never materialized any winnings.

Red is suppossed to make people more aggressive.

One of the casinos I worked in switched to red uniform shirts because of that.

some casinos went to red felt layouts instead of the traditional green ones, same reasoning.

I don't think a lottery website having a bright red background would increase play, but who knows?

I know, 'puters and all, but on the website where they tell players how to fill out a playslip they say use any color but red

Yes, I do, considering my state does not have a lottery. I play PB and FL Lottery. If I visit in GA, I will play MM. I rarely go to Texas, but when I do, I play MM there. We need a MM state on the Gulf Coast.

From what I've seen you can bet there are people who would investigate who formed such a trust.

The lotteries publish the location of the winners, the store that sold the winning ticket.

A few months back, someone in a town near here hit 5 + 0 on Mega Millions.

The store didn't even put one of those Winning Ticket Sold Here signs up but the town and half of the county was trying to figure out who it was that made the score.
