Okay I'm changing the amount of lines. I'm gonna up it to 15 lines and see how that goes. I'm also changing the method a bit. We are going to have 3 sets of PN's. 5 lines for each set. The 2nd line is the main line. Line 1-5 is up one and Line 11-15 is one down.

I got the excel program from Pogo to track pairs so I'm gonna be tracking Florida Fantasy5 just to try my theory and ideas. I have 150 draws which I think should be enough to give me an idea which pairs are good to use. I'll be using the last ten draws to gather my opinion on what numbers will come out. Let me start:

I might have had a 2/5 win if I had played more sets, but, this is experimental play.

A reality with Gap Strategy is that I'm probably the only one using it. Therefore, all the data streams and charts

are somewhat limited. Unlike analysis of purely numbers where there is a ton of information available, mine

are not deep enough to aid the guesswork. This will improve in time.

In the NY Take 5, I am seeing unheard of hotness with this number. Confounding to forecast. It comes out just about every draw for the last couple of weeks.

Triple draws for a number are rare..but two triples with only a one draw skip in between. You folks in other states ever see this before?. I don't know how far back I would need to go to see this happen in past draws.

I played this wheel today which I modified from a book that had way more #s and cost. This is only $18, 18 lines, 2 key #s with 6 more in the wheel. 100% coverage if you satisfy the conditions.

Here are the conditions: Jackpot (5 out of 5) is guaranteed if 2 key #s + 3 winning #s from Groups 1 - 2 are guessed correctly.

I didn't say people were not winning. What I say was that people were not winning alot especially not the $100 or $500 amounts but only $2 or $3. Since my original post, I have spoken with a couple more store clerks who have told me that still the highest they have ever seen has been $25.

Also, based on the amounts that you posted above, the average amount for the 18,970 winners was $3.36 which further substantiates my claim.

Yeah, I like Cash 5 also. Last night I picked 11 numbers for a 10 line wheel and got 4 out of the 5 numbers drawn. My wheel only produced 3 of them together though. But for $10 the total payout was $24 so not bad

There was one winner, a QP. (Kind of surprising that 5 low numbers produced a solo QP jackpot, usually low numbers are split jackpots and very often player selected.)

Let's call the first number, 1, base , or X.

This would give us:

X times 2 = 2

times 2 = 4

times 2 = 8

+ 10 = 18.

So X x's 2 X's 2 X's 2 + 10 = 1 2 4 8 18

I believe Hans was showing a 15 number pick-6 abbreviated wheel with a win guarantee of matching 4 numbers if 5 of the 15 numbers are drawn. A 15 number pick-5 wheel with 4if5 has 95 combination.

Chick on Systems in the blue box above and than click on Pick 5 wheels and you won't need a formula.

Best choice would have been AAC3,

This would have produced the following choices:

AAR1 ACC4 CCA2

AAC3 ACA3 CCC1

AAB12 ACB9 CCB6

AAA7 ACR0 CCR0

ACC4 and CCA2 would have produced CCA.

A=F3=7

C=L1=8

It's all about guesswork and choice. The AAB12 led me

astray!!

It all come down to you picking the numbers. GH programs are great but in the end you have to have the numbers in the system you choose to play. She just makes sure if you DO have the numbers you win the jackpot by wheeling.

run spread sheet of hits and find your medium number...count 10-12 numbers down mark it.... count 10 -12 numbers up from bottom and mark it...all number in middle are hot picks in my system...you should have at least 4 numbers to hit with... the selected compared numbers from last draw...

Last night I was kidding around in a thread with a poll 'how do you pick your numbers' and said I play the number of posts the person I'm responding to has. That was my 807th post and I didn't want to play that because 807 hit in yesterday's midday drawing. Well it hit straight again in today's midday drawing so it does happen.

The time when you buy your tickets doesnt matter..its a myth buying just before drawing (for ball draws)...i bought 3 days before and hit...i bought before drawing and nada..it doesnt matter if you have picked your numbers already....as far as computer drawings i would be skeptical of the timing though..damn machines..they can be manipulated..we just dont know..

Depends on what you want to do with the data once you've collected it. If it's just for viewing, a simple text file takes up a lot less space on disk and is easier and faster to read. Excel, IMHO, is a bloated and space-hogging program - and I've been using spreadsheets for 30 years. However, if you're reasonably knowledgeable in its use and intend to do analysis, go for it.

On 1/30/08 I had a very strong hunch that 1/31 s California Fantasy 5 draw would have numbers that were picked from somewhere in the last 6 draws so I decided to use BobP s group combination wheel as a test using the numbers from the last 6 draws. There were 23 unique numbers so I had to toss three since the system is set up for 20 numbers:

2, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31, 33, 35, 36, 39

Well yeah, I would think I have improved my odds. I hit more frequently. 4 of 5 last month, came razor close to 5 of 5. I also hit 3 of 5 frequently(which is no big thing...just an indication perhaps, one is on the right track). I would have had alot more 4 of 4/5 of 5's even had I wheeled my selections more. I just can't afford expensive $50 wheels...filtering methods bother me. $20 a day limit as well. Like anyone, I hope to validate my philosophy with proof of a win.

NY has 39 numbers, but pays better for the 3 of 5, it averages $18-$23 bucks. NY also often pays in the $700-800 for 4 of 5 when no one gets all 5. But with fewer balls in CA the odds are better to hit ....

I play the China Welfare Lottery. They have a pick 5 game. It's 5/22 game. I know you think it's a piece of cake. But it not. I've try using gail howard wheeling system. Each game is 2 yuan. If I can pick three power numbers constantly I would have already hit. It's not a lot of money but who cares. Any suggestions or system you might use. The lottery uses real ping pong balls not computerized. The most I've gotten was 4 numbers for 50 yuan. 3 numbers gets you 5 yuan.

Good job CARBOB! ... you had 4 out of 5 of the numbers drawn from your total list of numbers. You and I should cross reference our numbers as I usually get 3 and sometimes 4 #'s on the FL Fantasy 5. Maybe between the 2 of us, we can see which of our numbers have a high frequency of reoccurring #'s and go from there. Send me a PM if this sounds good to you. If not, that's ok too.

Ok, but if you stay away from 8's 7's then you might miss on the 2k? I would rather take the 2k then see a set of # s that I like hit and have not played cuz they are hot #'s. It does suck that you finnally hit and then its only 2k! AND look @ 4 out of 5 $140 bucks!! that hurts!

At first glance reduction systems like roots and deltas might seem like playing with numbers nonsense. In reality it gives us another way to look at the numbers, another way to group them.

One thing that jumps out at me with most lottery games is the nasty trick of using a total number of numbers that can't be divided by the numbers played. ie: 5/36, 6/49, where a 5/35 or 6/48 game would be much easier on the player. With the system I posted 9 groups of 4 numbers fits the FL 5/36 very nice... [ More ]

I think I will try to give some demonstrations and more explanations. Keep them short and to the

point.

There isn't a whole lot to understand. It's just a matter of logging data in ways that produce data that

can be used to make rationale choices.

I've posted some plays for tonight FL Fan5. If you keeping data, our individual number hot sheets should agree. Mine have the PIDs, which I've used as indicated to produce numbers to play.
