      <description><![CDATA[They should have looked into this earlier.  It is very difficult to get money for school for older students, yet if they were to actually do a physical count of older students they might find that older students are on the rise.  This is a population that has been almost ignored by the  powers that be .  It seems fair to me that older students should have a chance to get scholarship money just like the younger ones.
