      <description><![CDATA[This seems like proof that the lottery is not being used for its intended purpose - to supplement tax revenue. Now it being used to replace tax money. I know it goes on everywhere but this scheme seems especially offensive. Everyone wants to pay less taxes, right? Well, now that lottery money = taxes, you can pay less taxes in Maine by not playing the lottery.]]></description>
