      <description><![CDATA[I think that the Daily News and D.L. Blair should both put five Million into the pot and then have the special drawing. One million just doesn't cut it. This involves too many people just to shrug it off with a paltry one million dollars. Passing the blame back and forth does not solve the problem. Both parties are equally remiss in letting a mistake, (easily fixed by proof reading copy before publication), get by them. Therefore both should contribute equally.
