I think when lottery directors see the negativity that computerized drawings generate, they would MUCH rather use real drawings.It's much easier to move to another state as a startup and go with real drawings, than it is to lose face by admitting a mistake.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[A New York company will be Oklahoma's first provider of lottery games.The Oklahoma Lottery Commission selected Scientific Games Corp. Tuesday to provide lottery terminals and scratch-off tickets. The company will get a $6 million contract to provide the games.The Commission also approved a proposal that retail outlets selling lottery tickets would receive a 6 percent share of sales.
