      <description><![CDATA[When I think about all the drama associated with the NC lottery, I quickly remember the day the announcement came that the Lottery had passed.  How elated I was. Pass out!Pick me up off the floor. What a fight! And a dirty one too. LOL We've been brow beaten so much in NC about a state lottery game, gratefulness is on the tongues of the die hard players.I will trade the present drama with the drama of not having a lottery.
