      <description><![CDATA[I would have imagained Arkansas getting a lottery earlier, but I guess it just hasn't been a big priority ober dere. But I'm sure, in fact I'm positive, that if given the choice Arkansas' voters would go for it. And I have a feeling it will be a good lottery too.]]></description>
