      <description><![CDATA[Like DD said in so many words "It's a money thang!"<br /><br />I would be extremely surprised if they shut it down now.  But NC has done embarrassing things for years.<br /><br />Certain folk are tired of seeing millions and millions of dollars going to our neighboring state.  NC should take note that calling a lottery "illegal" have stopped very few North Carolinians from buying tickets in SC and not just the powerball but all lottery games, scratch-off, daily games, pick 5 games and so on.  Cut the politics]]></description>
