      <description><![CDATA[They should be happy with what they got. I mean for goodness sake, there are only 4 freakin scratch off tickets. (so boring) I haven't bought any tickets since the first day.  I am waiting for powerball.<br /><br />I also find it very weird that charlotte has the most lottery ticket vendors but there has not been a big money winner in charlotte. What is up with that. I am up for suggestions.]]></description>
