      <description><![CDATA[justxploring,<br /><br />You have a point, regular is $2.65 in my area and that was too much for me to make the 200 mi. trip to Indiana to cash my PB ticket from Feb 18 when the jackpot was $225M.  I might had made the trip if MM hadn't been so close.  I'm thinking I may never cash in that ticket now.<br /><br />Since Florida lottery rolled, it probably not even something to consider now.       <description><![CDATA[I was thinking of that once, RJOh, but Florida is a very long state and the GA border is approx 375 miles from my town according to mapquest (750 roundtrip) Today the gas station up the road had regular for $3.05. So unless you drive a hybrid that gets 50mpg, that's $80 or more just for gasoline. I can't see spending that to travel to buy tickets for a game with such high odds, but that's just my personal opinion. If I had that kind of money to blow, I'd get 80 more Florida lottery tickets.
