      <description><![CDATA[i think it nice that so many people win a little.  It is a great time to feel good about yourself knowing that you won even if it was only 25 bucks or so.  The big prize is not so bad either $349,000 iis nothing to sneeze at.<br /><br />What I am amazed at is the total amount given away, 2.8 billion or so.
