      <description><![CDATA[I really don't think this is a bad idea as long as the quality of the work is the same as what a person would normally get from a surgeon.  I wish someone would hold a dental lottery.  I need implants, but not the kind that will fill my sweater.  Still, everyone has the right to participate in whatever type of lottery or raffle he/she wants.]]></description>
