      <description><![CDATA[I live in the northen end of 'the bible belt', and as far as I know, everyone has everything around here.<br /><br />No, what his is is a payoff 'under the table', someone in a private company is 'subsidizing' votes in order to garner a monopoly, and the 'lawmakers' will go for it, hook line and sinker, because it will line their pockets.  This is gambling, this is big money, don't fool yourself.]]></description>
