      <description><![CDATA[Simple math tells us this can't be a good deal for anyone.<br /><br />If business would make money buying the state lottery that's money the state could have made just as well.  Selling off the people's assets to private industry for short term gain is not in our best interest.<br /><br />Business is always ready to buy, devalue, cheapen, take a profit and abandon.
