      <description><![CDATA[There is not too much excitement with this raffle.  When I checked this morning, they still have over 200,000 tickets left to be sold with only a week to go.  Me thinks they will be pushing the draw date back...way back!  That's why I would rather buy a PB/MB ticket...at least I know there will be two drawings every week giving me a chance to win.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Wisconsin just copied what Illinois did with their raffle...which sux.  I liked Florida and California's raffles in that multiple $1M prizes where up for grabs.  I don't get to hung up on the slight increase in odds...hell, I religiously play MM and PB so obviously I am not hung up on dismal chances of winning.  It's just that it is so common for only one person (or family) to win the mega jackpot and state lotto games, so at least when states offer a raffle game, they actually have the opportun...
