      <description><![CDATA[Apparently people would rather play the games with better odds.  27% is a big drop in sales.  Another news article on LP reports that a woman won $12.9M in Hot Lotto.  That game has odds of 1 in 10.9M as opposed to 1 in 146M for PB.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[The Kansas Lottery hits the jackpot itself   record sales are recorded for the fiscal year ended June 30th.<br /><br />Lottery officials report sales of nearly $241 million. That's up two percent from the previous year, which also showed record sales.
