      <description><![CDATA[Indiana will be the next state to fall victim to the raffle blues.  People are catching on that on a dollar per dollar basis these games are not that good. Indiana has only sold 33k in 15 days, at this rate only 100k tickets will be sold. I am sure this one will get pushed back too.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[On the positive side, it can make you just as wealthy, no matter what day it's drawn on!<br /><br />I'm sure there are some disappointed Kentucky players, but my opinion is that your lottery did right by you.  All the prizes are being awarded, no matter what.  There's something to be said for that.
