      <description><![CDATA[Truth is that it is not up to Loto-Quebec to publicize winners of over $4 million dollars.  Although, each province primarily puts winners on their own website from the national games.  None of Quebecs' current provincially run games to my knowledge offer that much money.  Games like Lotto-649 and Super 7 are run by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation that run 649 and S7 from all five jurisdictions in Canada.       <description><![CDATA[that's some legislation who's time has come for most of the world.  too many people taking advantage of lottery winners, that...... don't know how to say no!  My attitude always has been, establish a trust, let the trust cash the ticket, be done with it.  Nice motor Home and get lost for a while.]]></description>
