      <description><![CDATA[That's interesting because when I use to buy BigGame tickets at the truck stop just north of the Ohio boarder on Rt 23, they didn't do that there.   I don't think they scam me because I alway checked my tickets myself before cashing them in.<br /><br />Ohio system stamps the ticket paid and prints out one slip which the clerks staple to the ticket and put them both in a box which is a receipt for the clerks showing money taken out of the register to pay the winners]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[The Atlantic Lottery Corp. is introducing more measures aimed at tightening the security of lottery ticket validation, the corporation said this week.<br /><br />Starting Monday, the corporation's online ticket terminals will print two slips whenever a winning ticket is validated for an amount the retailer is to pay, a release Wednesday said.<br /><br />After validating winning tickets, retailers will be required to pay the prize, stamp the winning tickets Paid, and return them along with one of the validation]]></description>
