What are you talking about? The only option they have is cash. There is no cash value .

By the way, are you really going to say this for every single news story about a lottery winner?

How about just saying it once -- for all time -- like, I hope every winner discussed in every news story posted on Lottery Post takes the cash option, and that they won't ever have financial problems later in life.

Camelot said no further details would be given out unless the person agreed to publicity.

The Brits have sense when it comes to large amounts of money other peoples privacy.

Someone in Britain is a lot richer on Tuesday after claiming the country's biggest ever lottery win 35,425,411.80 pounds (US$71 million).

The winner matched all five main numbers and both lucky star numbers, 23, 40, 42, 43, 49, plus 2 and 6, to claim the entire Euro Millions jackpot from the August 10 draw.

Camelot, which operates the British arm of the trans-European lottery, said the lucky ticket holder had now come forward and the prize had been paid out.
