      <description><![CDATA[One of 26 grand prize finalists will walk away $100,000 richer on Friday as the Tennessee Lottery wraps up its initial version of the instant ticket game,  Deal or No Deal.<br /><br />The event, which will be held at the Lottery's Nashville headquarters at 2 p.m., won't leave any of the finalists empty-handed.
