      <description><![CDATA[Those STILL opposing the NC lottery need to get with the program. We have it...we're keeping it...and everybody's benefitting from it.<br /><br />We're ready for the new daytime pick 3 games to start, but what about pick 4 and Cash 5? Personally I like the option of playing Cash 5 for 25 cents, 50 cents and $1.00.<br /><br />What would the state be doing right NOW if it were not for the lottery? With this RECESSION and faltering economy I have no doubt that we'd be facing higher taxes.]]></description>
