      <description><![CDATA[Its interesting that this always seems to be the case with southern states. I understand people might not like the idea but almost all of the states in the country have a lottery and it seems to do fine without great social unjust. If you don't want to support a lottery don't play! Its really that easy. And the cause...college scholorships..just think of the amount of people that would benefit from that.
