      <description><![CDATA[I always try to buy at least one ticket each drawing. I'd skip buying a soda or a treat before missing the chance to put a buck in a drawing. That way I am at least in the game. However, at the moment, I have some money set aside to play so I haven't missed a drawing in a while.]]></description>
