      <description><![CDATA[I have blog on numerous Arkansas sites on the Arkansas lottery with that being said , first i don't think that Arkansas can generate enough revenues to even have a lottery, since their giving it a chance.Maybe they should be focus on early childhood rather than the college bound students. Because that a sure way there will be more of those student in position to attend college , but maybe that what their counting on fewer enrollment.Big mistake to not aim for early childhood education.
