      <description><![CDATA[New Hampshire Lottery officials are about to pull a scratch ticket from stores, even though one of the $1 million prizes is still unaccounted for.<br /><br />Officials said 93 percent of the NH Millionaire's Club scratch tickets have been sold, but one of two $1 million winners hasn't been turned in.<br /><br />Somewhere out there is a scratch ticket worth $1 million, said Rick Wisler, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery.
