      <description><![CDATA[thanks,i'll be among the first to buy an arkansas scratch off and other games if they keep it ball drawn.<br /><br />mrs. hargrove is going to lose a lot of west tennessee players who will now go to arkansas for better games and of course the arkansas players won't come here anymore.tennessee will also lose a lot of the northern mississippi residents because they'll go to arkansas now.either way i expect this to chew into the profits here for the tennessee robbery,oops i meant lottery.]]></description>
