      <description><![CDATA[Since an error was made by Mr. P. and the State of Arkansas, I would think that Mr. Huey, being the good public servant that he is would help his boss and the State out by offering to reduce his salary<br /><br />to the legal midpoint. This is a chracter issue and it is up to him to show his loyality to Mr. P., the Commission, State of Arkansas, and the People of Arkansas.
