      <description><![CDATA[Hey JonnyBgood07...yea connecticut has to do something about its Classic Lotto game ..thats why everbody is playing the scratch-off tickets all the time..I live in new york but i'm in ct every weekend to buy powerball tickets.been doing this since ct joined powerball and its a shorter ride then rhode island ....in all this time i have never seen anybody buy a classic lotto ticket..]]></description>
