      <description><![CDATA[I was surprised to hear Chinese people talking of buying property and houses and planes and traveling around the world and such.<br /><br />China must be becoming a less repressive society than in the past, which is good to hear.<br /><br />I still would have a little apprehension though in fully trusting that government with confidence in the legitimacy of the lottery with so much money at stake.]]></description>
