      <description><![CDATA[Here is an interesting follow up to this story.<br /><br />This guy had to appear in court 3 days after collecting the money for a sex crime charge and tried to get a public defender because he didn't have the money to afford an attorney. It turns out the court knew he had won the money and made him supply his own attorney.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[You can scan tickets to see if they won but you would have to scratch the front of the ticket to see the validation number.       <description><![CDATA[He said..... the ticket said claim at the lottery and he didn't know what he won when he scratched it off..........then he thought it was over 500 then he thought it was 100,000.........isn't the ticket clearly marked???????????? who saw what arkansas? (arkan saw)...............?????????????(congratulations but something's fishey) you can scan those tickets without buying them correct.........and then buy them and scratch them if they are a winner.....correct]]></description>
