      <description><![CDATA[I'm glad for all those concerned but...<br /><br />Isn't it likely that the confidential informant was an underling at the CA Lottery?<br /><br />And if that was the case wouldn't it be likely that the top suits knew about (or found out about) the switch and weren't going to correct it until they were caught?<br /><br />Sounds to me like besides rectifying the situation, there should be an investigation of who knew what and when in upper management at the CA Lottery.<br /><br />Anybody who was complicit in a mixup and/or cover...
