I wonder if those British college professors that won a 6/49 lottery a couple of years ago after playing it for 5 years could have parlayed their system into a book. An Orlando man is having a streak of incredible lottery luck.

Richard Lustig just cashed in on a winning Fantasy 5 ticket worth nearly $100,000. It's the seventh time he's won a lottery grand prize and he told WFTV he plans to keep on playing.
