      <description><![CDATA[wait a second what about all that money that goes on unclaimed<br /><br />does it go back to the scholarship or back to the players in future prize pools for different games<br /><br />because when they said 68% goes to the prices this quarter<br /><br />that must mean a lot of people are actually you know claiming the money that they rightfully won<br /><br />and not letting it go unclaimed<br /><br />essentially good thing for players<br /><br />the lottery just telling the state going to get less money because people are apparently payin...
